Preparations Comfort and Understanding We want your dog to be as comfortable as possible and you to be totally relaxed. 1. Please ensure you come with your dog for an introduction, this is not some sort of quirky interview but a meeting of everyone to ensure everything fits and we can all relax knowing that our guest is going to be happy... You will need to ring and arrange this, we will be happy to see you and your Dog. 2. Fill in a booking form which is designed to provide us with as much information about your Dog as possible to understand the way you do things and what your dog is like. In the unlikely event of emergencies contacts and protocols are covered in advance and recorded on the form. We also record normal bodily functions, why? Some Dogs are sensitive and can be upset by a change of environment this affects eating and toilet habits, with several dogs to look after, we employ a record system to pick up variances from the norm quickly. 3. It may sound daft but please bring some identification if we don't know you, why? There is an increase in dumping, people coming to such establishments looking for an easy option for an unwanted animal - yes it is happening! So bear with us we may seem crazy but it is with the best intentions. 4. Deposits: We ask for 50% deposits as we will be turning some people away when you have a booked place:- Full refund over 1 month 5. Rates.
